Initial Contact
Please contact our office staff through the contact page, including relevant details such as your mission affiliation (if applicable) and the type of counseling you are seeking. You will receive an email confirming receipt within two business days.

Availability Confirmation
If we have availability, our intake clinician will contact you with next steps. New cases are staffed on Mondays and Thursdays, at which point we confirm space and provide a form for you to complete. This form helps us gather detailed information about your needs.

Once you submit the form, we will pair you with a therapist on our team who specializes in the type of counseling you need. The therapist will reach out to you to discuss next steps.
