Missionary Staff Housing
In order to sustain the work of our long-term counseling staff, we built four staff housing units on our Nairobi compound. This project aims to cover the remaining costs of these housing units, which provide a safe and affordable living space for our team. These homes also reduce commute times, allowing staff to be more available for client care, especially in emergencies.
How You Can Help:
By contributing to this project, you are ensuring that our staff has secure, nearby housing, allowing them to focus fully on their mission of providing mental health care to missionaries in Africa.
Current Focus:
Paying off the remaining loan for housing units.
Supporting safe and accessible housing for staff.

AIM Care Counseling
This project funds the operational needs of AIM Care at Tumaini, allowing us to offer professional counseling services to missionaries across Africa. Donations support travel to field conferences, individual and family counseling sessions, and scholarships for those who need financial assistance. Our goal is to ensure missionaries receive the care they need to remain resilient and effective in their ministries.
How You Can Help:
By supporting this project, you contribute directly to the mental health and well-being of missionaries facing challenging situations. Your donation enables our counselors to travel to remote locations, offer crisis intervention, and provide ongoing care.
Current Focus:
Travel for counselors to field conferences.
Counseling scholarships for missionaries in need.
Crisis intervention for trauma and mental health emergencies.
